What is currently used as the gallery space is 40'x65' with no columns and an excellent floor load.
The ceiling height is 13'. The center section contains 2 rooms 16' x 20' and 2 smaller rooms now used for
storage. The back section is 40' x 25' with 13' ceilings and a 11' x 22' balcony.

The basement is approximately 8000 sq.ft. It is clean, dry and usable. The front half was used for shops
and offices prior to my renovation. There is a new electrical service of 400 amps.

When the building was constructed in the 50's there was a plan to add a second floor so the present roof
is constructed with bar joists and concrete sufficient to bear that addition if necessary.
